Shirt/Earrings: Forever21, Dress(similar)/Tights/Bag(I like this one too)/Coat: Target,
My husband was surprised when I bought this sweater. He said that he didn't think I was a "cheetah print kind of girl". Honestly, I didn't think that I was either. But this sweater, and this print, has seriously grown on me. It falls within the neutral color family with which I am so fond, but adds just a little bit of oomph. I love to tie my cardigans in a knot at the front, as it helps them to be less boxy. Note also my attempt at subtle pattern mixing. A skill that I am practicing, so bare with me people, it's a learning curve.
P.S. We have been watching a lot of Willy Wonka around here lately, so please read the title of this post in your best Gene Wilder voice: "Little surprises around every corner, but nothing dangerous!".

Very stylish!! I'd wear that exactly as it is.

Lady of Style
I love the shoes.
ReplyDeleteI like how you styled the sweater. My lil' ol' mind would have worn the sweater as is, but you've got the body to wear it knotted like that! CUTE!

More Modern Modesty
Chandra,
DeleteYour curves would look great with a tied sweater, and it would still be modest enough for you.
Thanks so much!
