ONE OF THOSE PEOPLE

Pants/Jacket: Target, Shoes (old): Nike, Gold Ring: Stella&Dot, Sunglasses: Ray-Ban

It's official, I have become one of those people. One of those organic foods shopping, exercise obsessed, people who wear workout gear in public. I swore it would never happen, but it has. And I am really not ashamed. In fact, here in outdoor-centric Colorado, fitness gear (and even those Five Finger Shoes) is a socially accepted norm.

P.S. I have even taken this whole fitness business a step farther, and become an Independent Team Beachbody coach! So if you are ever in the market for some fantastic quality products, including Shakeology (which I cannot speak of high enough), be sure to hit me up!

P.P.S. Have you entered our Valentine's Day giveaway yet? No? Well click here for your chance to win $100.00 cash!

  1. You look fabulous, Alexandra - you are in great shape and with a happy smile!
My shopping basket always consists of more green than anything else. Several weeks ago I skipped meat and alcohol and found out new types of food - organic as much as possible - and I am trying out new recipes. I sleep well and I feel good!

    Amazing landscape!!

  2. Good for you Alexandra! I can't say I'm that much into fitness, but I do make an effort to exercise at least two times a week (I go to this killer boxercise class) and eat well. I wish I lived in Colorado for the hiking only! I went hiking last summer and I absolutely LOVED it. Too bad there isn't too many places to hike around here!

    1. Hiking is so much fun, and there are so many great places to hike really close to my home! I have never tried boxercise, do you actually hit a punching bag? We occasionally do a Kempo workout, and I hate it, because we are kicking and punching at nothing, and I'm afraid I look stupid because of it...

    1. Thanks Aracely! Motivation is the hardest part, but once you can get into the habit it will seem weird when you don't do it! We used to do workouts that were over an hour long, which was always a struggle to schedule. Now that there are so many options that are less than 30 minutes long, exercising seems much more manageable. You can do it!

  4. Love your workout gear!! You look cute Alexandra! I've been hitting it harder since the new year. I had definitely been slipping up a lot so I am trying to get it back together and eat more healthy too!

  5. You look great! And that's awesome about the Beachbody Coach thing, If I end up buying anything else I'll def do it through you. I've loved Beachbody since I bought the original P90x a few years back. They have such great home programs. And there's nothing like taking control of your health, eating well and exercising. Such a great feeling! So good for you.

  6. That's awesome!
My hubby just bought Insanity...I'm looking forward to doing it with him :)
I'm totally one of those people now too...I love how I feel after a good workout...and I hate how I feel after a lazy day! If only I lived somewhere it was warm enough to be active outdoors all year round!
